1996　Wealthy's predecessor-Suzhou Xin Ri Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. was established.

1999　Wealthy Chemical Industry (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established with annual production capacity of 3,000MT.

2001-2004　Wealthy new factory in East Shihu Road went into production. All phase I,II, III projects went into production within 3 years with total production capacity of 10,000MT.

2010-2012　The first phase of Changshu Wealthy Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has been put into operation, with three independent production workshops designed, each with an annual production capacity of nearly 10000 tons.

2015　Shanghai Jiaohang Trading Co., Ltd. wholly owned by Wealthy, was established in Shanghai.

2016　The phase II project with the designed annual production capacity of 30,000mt of Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose has been put into operation.

2021　The phase II project has been put into operation with a production capacity of nearly 60,000 tons.
